Redundancy

We are studying subject matter jurisdiction in civil procedure.

We've discussed and read about subject matter jurisdiction in our introduction to law mini-course and in Marbury v. Madison in constitutional law.

Why are so many people taking notes in a way that would make me believe they're coming across this for the first time?

I'm not sure the commute was worth it today......

I could be spending my afternoon with Sam Adams and Woody Allen.
